When you send a project enquiry, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, work email, phone number, budget range and project description. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.

We use enquiry information to understand your project, respond to your request, discuss services and follow up by email, phone or SMS where you have consented to that contact. We also use it to manage our client and business records.

Contact form submissions are emailed to the Kodeink team using Resend. If WhatsApp delivery is enabled for our lead system, the enquiry may also be sent through Twilio to our configured business WhatsApp recipient. These providers process information to deliver the requested communication under their own privacy terms.

We do not sell your enquiry information. We may disclose it if required by law or when necessary to protect our rights, users or services.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, and maintain appropriate business records. We then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, unless it must be retained for a legal or operational reason.

You can ask us to correct or delete information you have provided, or withdraw consent for follow-up, by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect messages already sent or processing that has already taken place. We may need to retain limited information where a legal or operational reason requires it.

The website uses session storage to remember whether the callback prompt has already appeared in your current browser session. This setting is cleared when the session ends. We do not use it to build an advertising profile.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect enquiry information, but no method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Our website may link to third-party services, such as WhatsApp; their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
